Will sellers or other agents notice it is AI and think I cut corners?

The honest answer: some will ask, and we built the answer to be one you can give proudly. Every film is disclosed as AI-enhanced motion generated from the listing photography, edited and reviewed by a human. Nothing is invented. That framing positions you as the team using the newest listing marketing, not the team that cheaped out. And because the source is your own photography, the film shows the home exactly as your brochure does.

Is this compliant with MLS rules and TREC advertising?

Our films depict only what is in the listing photography, which is the substance of listing-media rules: no misrepresentation of the property. Disclosure on delivery is standard, on-video disclosure is your call per your MLS and state guidance, and we flag anything questionable before it ships. We are a marketing vendor, not your attorney, so for edge cases loop in your broker.

How much of my time does this take?

Almost none, and that is the design goal. You or your coordinator send a listing address. Branding is captured once at onboarding. Everything else, production, QC, and delivery, happens on our side within about 48 hours.
