Terms of service

The service
RealtyAmp produces listing walkthrough videos from listing photography supplied by or on behalf of our clients. Videos are produced using AI-enhanced motion generated from that photography, edited and quality-reviewed by humans, and delivered under the plan terms presented at purchase. Free demo videos are produced at our discretion and carry a watermark until a plan is purchased.
Photo rights
By submitting a listing or photography, you represent that you hold the rights needed for us to create derivative video from it. Paid deliveries additionally require a signed order form that includes a photo-rights warranty and an AI-disclosure acknowledgment.
Ownership
You own delivered videos on paid plans. RealtyAmp retains ownership of its production methods, templates, and tooling.
Compliance
Our videos depict only what appears in the supplied listing photography. You remain responsible for compliance with your MLS rules, state advertising regulations, and brokerage policies, including any on-video disclosure requirements. RealtyAmp is a marketing vendor and does not provide legal advice.
Subscriptions
Plans bill monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month. Unused video allowances do not roll over.
Liability
The site and services are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, RealtyAmp's liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amounts paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim.
